Abandoned Cart list bland

Hello,

I started with the free plugin and went for the premium version. I note that the premium version, no abandoned carts are populating in the list but email is still sending. When I removed the premium version and downgraded to the free option, the list populated again and I could see the abandoned carts, even carts that occurred prior to the downgrade. Something is preventing them from being shown with the premium versions.
