Abandoned Carts are not tracked with Customer Information

Hi,
I recently purchased the premium version of the Abandoned Cart plugin to forcibly take the user details on Add to Cart action.

But, the premium version is still tracking Carts with no information even after making it required and no option to close the popup.

How is it even possible as I can’t add to the cart without entering the details?

If this doesn’t work then the premium version is of no use.
