Abandoned Carts plugin, GET cart requests will also be recorded

The Abandoned Carts plugin will also record GET cart requests, especially when the GET request is from other collection requests other than search engines, it cannot be correctly excluded.

For example, some people use software to collect our website, and they are not the common search engine useragent, but the simulated useragent of normal users.

I think carts with GET method should be prohibited from being added to the Abandoned Carts log.
