Account Affiliates Dashboard not available

hi there,
the Account Affiliates Dashboard is not available on my account page! the option is activated from settings but i cant see the affiliate meni under my account, i can only access to the affiliate dashboard with the dorect link like: example.com/my-account/affi-affiliate.
second thing there is a critical error on the payouts page see the attached screenshot to understand both problems!
