ACTIVATION KEY IS ONLY ACTIVATED IN THE STAGING SITE

I purchased the license for my site innomineartis.com; however, while I was doing some staging test I activated the license for staging39.innomineartis.com which is only test site.
Can you help me to switch the license to the production site?

PD: This is the third time I am trying to contact you. I strongly recommend that you set up a very clear button that says “CREATE A NEW SUPPORT TICKET”. It shouldn´t be so difficult to contact you for support.
