add email type

Hello there, I am using plugin that creates custom order statuses for woocommerce. I have created a “Received” status for new orders instead of “Processing”. I was wondering if it was possible to add a new “email type” the our list of email types? Hence create a new template for this email type. The plugin does not create email templates from what I understand.
