Add the country and IP of the subscriber

Hi, please add the country and IP of the subscriber as you do on other plugins and also insert that information on export file. That way we can export them and put on the correct list with the ip that is now mandatory on many email marketing companies.

Also i appreciate you add getresponse connection via API as we use that and is wide used from many people.

Other issue is that is difficult to copy the coupon code after subscribing on mobile. You have to click twice in order to select (and few know that) so the best and the easy way i think is to have it copied to the clipboard automatically. They click on the code and is copied to the clipboard with a message that was copied. That is certainly the best solution.
