Add to cart link adds 2 products

Hello,

On our shop grid (https://staging.heaven11audio.com/heaven-11-shop/) when I click an “add to cart” button (example link value: https://staging.heaven11audio.com/?add-to-cart=18005), I get two products added, and I get redirected to the homepage?

How can we fix this?
