add tracking information

Dear Support,

I have purchased the premium version. However, without being able to add the tracking number in the completed emails, it is useless. I watched the youtube vido about adding the hook element but the video doesn’t show you how to make the connect between the hook and the tracking plugin. I’m using Advanced shipment tracking plugin. I would greatly appreciate it if you let me know after placing the hook element on the email how to make it show the tracking number.
