Address no Syncing with my Plugin

Hi,
I purchased the plugin but now I am facing the Address (city, state and zip code). Although the customers are placing with the proper address it does not automatically sync with the plugin while making the final order with the ALD Plugin. Please check the screenshots as a reference. Please make a solution asap.
