admin order edit page manual currency switching not working

Hi,
I have this issue where I need to change the currency for an order but the order currency is not changing and the values are not changing either. The order currency symbol is not changed either.

Also, another time when I try to change the order currency the items prices were totally wrong (dit it twice in a row). There should be some mechanism which will not change the prices indefinitely making them very wrong.

It was working well before. I have the latest version 2.3.2 installed. Why is this not working correctly?
