Ajax/pagination

I have turned on Ajax Pagination and filter (see attached screenshot).

However it doesn’t load all the reviews … only some. Also, the first page only shows 3 reviews (instead of 5 which I have it set to in my discussion settings) then it loads 5 but stops before it loads all of them.

Any ideas how to fix? thanks
