Ajax popup Issue

Hello there,
i am using this plugin with Ajax and when the popup open, it goes behind my header or footer. I tried it to resolve it with some CSS, sadly i was not successfull. So my last hope is to get a CSS code from you, how to put the popup above header and footer. I tried z-index etc. but did not work.
