ali express plugin doesnt work

a week ago I imported about 30 products to my store now as of Thursday I can’t import anything. From the Ali website to the store I can import but from the import list to store I can’t import anything the import and remove buttons don’t work on top of that there are no variation tabs and in the gallery, none of the photos will load they keep showing a buffering icon. on the product tab there are new sections for cost sale price and inventory and for the categories and tags sections there completely filled in and I can’t customize them……… I’ve tried to deactivate and delete the plugin I’ve tried to delete the extension itself and reinstall it and I’ve tried to clear my browser cache. and change the permalinks to something other than “plain” Nothing has worked is this a bug or am I in the market for a new product importer
