AliExpress – Orders Tracking Premium

I have identified the following issue with regards to sending the tracking email:

If I manually request the tracking number i.e. if I click on the tracking number field in the Ali Orders screen, it goes off and fetches the tracking number and 9/10 it fetches ok. However, the tracking email fails to send. It might be the email template because the emailer tries to send but it fails. See screenshots.

Note, that if the system receives the tracking code during a cron activity, then mostly the email sends without issue. Though today it did fail with two orders.
