Aliexpress tracking (orders tracking)

Hello,
We sell products from Aliexpress and each time the shipping method changes (one time e-packet, another cainiao, etc..).
I though I could add a custom shipping carrier under the name “Global” or something like that, with the URL pointing to tracking more.
I’m not sure if the order status will be automatically changed to delivered if I do that (I use the tracking more api for getting updates).
Can you enlighten me on the subject?
