Hello,
All our custom email templates have disappeared, and we don’t know why. It is very strange!
We know that we don’t have an active support license, but we would like to know how this happened and if there is a solution to recover these custom templates before renewing the support license. If there is no solution and we have to create manually all these templates again, then we won’t renew the support license.
