All products that are not stock managed on Shopify showing a negative quantity

Hi,
I purchased the plugin this morning and did an import from Shopify. I noticed that all products that weren’t stock managed in Shopify have a negative quantity and are marked as manage stock in Woo. I really don’t want to edit 200 products and all their variations manually. What needs to e done to fix it?
