ALways same notification

Hello,

I don’t know if I missed something in settings / check the 2 attached screenshots please, but i feel like it’s always repeating the same product.
I chose “get from billing” and I have dozens of different orders per day.

Right now is picking always the same product that was last time bought to show it was purchased minutes ago by… then “X” people are watching this product, then repeats with different number of people, then repeats again.

So, always the same product…
