Any issue importing items with free shipping?

I noticed some products went to pending status due to shipping not available, i checked and it shows free shipping

eg https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832847718486.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2usa

but sync gives this:

2024-06-21T20:42:33+00:00 WARNING Product #14804(Ali ID 2251832847718486): Shipping error, Woo product status changed to pending

I reimported item and it worked, and now got $1.99 shipping.

I don’t know where it got the shipping from?
I am sure its because of new layout many issue happened
