Attributes not showing for Motherboard

I have 4 steps:

already have global attributes set:

i have a processor on my products using the socket attribute:

global attributes not showing for motherboard but ok for RAM and storage:

Why is it that it’s not showing for motherboard? I need the motherboard to be dependent on the processors ‘socket’ attribute.
