Auto-detect country not working

Hello! I’m using plugin setting with auto-detect country and display prices according to geolocation.

Based currency is dollar, but I noticed that if you visit site from Mexico is displaying Colombian Peso. So, geolocation is not working.

Want to check if there’s a cache or additional configurations that must be perfomed.
