Auto-Ordering Issues — Orders Not Sending to AliExpress

I’m having a few issues with the auto-ordering and pricing sync features on your AliExpress Dropshipping plugin.
Im doing for my client virtushopinc who purchased your plugin via codecanyon
Here’s the full context:

Auto-Ordering Not Working as Expected

I’ve already configured the auto-ordering settings here:

I enabled: “Automatically place order after payment completed”
Payment method and order status are correctly set to trigger it (WooCommerce sets status to “processing” after payment).

I’m logged into AliExpress inside the plugin dashboard.

Issue:
A customer placed an order, but it wasn’t sent to AliExpress automatically. It’s just sitting in the WooCommerce orders page — no tracking info, no AliExpress action.
This is happening even though auto-order is enabled and set up properly.
