Auto reset spins not work

i set the wheel as the picture attached, it should auto reset spin every day, but it does not work.
our customer can only spin for three times, and after spinning three times they wait even more than 48 hours now, and they still can not spin.

could you help me fix it? and this is very urgent, lots of our customer are very upset with us. so please help us sooner. thanks a lot.
