Auto update key renewed but not updated on my site

I renewed my 6 month support and see the expiry date changed to Jul 21 2023.
However, on my site, it still shows an expiry date of Jan 19 2023.
I clicked to Get Key but it stays the same.

When will I see the new date on my site?
Should I be concerned or need to do anything to refresh the date?
