Autokey update

Hi guys, 2 questions:

1. I renewed my support at Envato as my WordPress backend advised that my key has expired. Since renewal I am still unable to get the access key. Both Envato, and your website state that the new expiry date, however I cannot update still.

2. Also, do I have to pay every 6 months for a new key to continue to use this product to do what it is intended to? I don’t recall this when I purchased the plugin to begin with and I’m not too happy about having to pay consistently, when I have already paid the plugin cost. Could you pease shed some light on this?
