B2Bking compatibility

Hello,
I contacted the support of B2Bking to know how to be able to personalize their emails. I saw some previous old topics so I hope somethin changed since…

Here is their answer :

Regarding the Villatheme plugin there, we have not used this before. I tried to test with it now. I see that with this plugin, the default template is also applied to B2BKing emails in terms of the design. But I also tested and I see that indeed if I create a special template for one email (account approval for example), it is not applied
Unfortunately I do not really know why this is. It depends a lot on how the Villatheme plugin works.

I tried to go through their plugin’s code but I haven’t really been able to understand the issue.

Do you have access to their support, to ask them about why this might be? We are happy to make a change in B2BKing to add compatibility with their plugin, if they can help us understand what has to be done.
