backend functions of Multi Currency not accessible

Hello, I had the same problem with the free version: In settings, I had all the forms blocked (see the attachment).
When I edit segment.min.css with .vi-ui.segment{background:none} instead of #fff, it becomes visible however still not accessible, the solution is to set it to .vi-ui.segment{display:none}
I suppose it would turn back with every update. Any other solution to do? (the field with extra CSS does work only for frontend of course).
