Bar overlay header and spacing

Hi,

I am having some challenges with the Free Shipping Bar.

1) Overlapping header menu and spacing issue.
I would like to have the bar above the header. And I don’t want that extra spacing happening between the header and content.

2) Text is too close to the “Add to Cart” button.
I would like to move it down just a little bit. I think it’s hard to read when it’s that close to the button.
