Basic customizations questions: sender name and email body background color

Hello,

I would like to customize the outer background in the emails.

Right now it displays a gray color that doesn’t feel like the company colors at all.
I couldn’t find anywhere where to customize this.

I can customize the “box” content, where the email editor lets me. But outside of that, there’s still a background without possible customization.

Also, another thing I would like to customize its the sender name. I have “My Name Ecommerce” but I dont want that last word “Ecommerce” to display.

This two should be basic customizations and I can’t find where to do it. Does this plugin do it?
Otherwhise, I might thing twice if I want to keep my purchase to be honest.
