Bopo not recognising a new product

Hi,

We are using https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/
on our site along side bopo.

Here’s the scenario, we are using bopo and it works with simple and variable products, however, if we change a simple product to using “product bundle”, bopo does not recognise the product. Also, then when you try to search for the product in bopo, it cannot find it.

Can you help please.
