Bug with emails. When status failed and pending payment

Hi,

I setting emails wc abandonet cart on you email templaits plugin.

Setting emails when order status failed and pending payment.

Problem : client gets email, but there no order information. Order id, order sum, and payment url.

When i testing from email templaite everything works. And test emails goes correct with all information about order.

What i have missed ?
