Bulk ordering fails if customer didn’t add phone number, even when I add it later

Hello,
I have an active order where the customer didn’t enter a phone number.

I edited the order in Woocommerce and entered a phone number, but when I try to bulk order, the bulk order status outputs “Phone number is required”.

I checked and the phone number is there in the order, but the ALD bulk order is not seeing it?

I will order this item with the Chrome extension now, but please fix this.
