Bulky not displaying full listings

My WooCommerce Products page, when creating this ticket, shows I have 236 items in the Animated Animals section.

I have Products per page set to 100 in the Bulky Settings section.
When filtered, it displays three pages. When I click SKU to order them, I am sure it used to put them in numerical order for all the products in the category. All it does now is to put them in order for the page which means I have SKUs starting with 1 on pages 1 and 2 whilst other SKUs with 2, 4, etc are displayed on page 1.

I changed products per page to 300 and cleared the cache.
When I search now for Animated Animals it only shows one page with 100 items.
I didn’t have this issue prior to the change you made for me for the information not saving in the product descriptions. This change was for an issue on my beebooh.com site.

Since the change, I have been only updating small categories.
I don’t have the issue on beebooh.com and the settings are similar apart from the system status
