Bundle not adding to the cart

Hello my plugin has version 1.0.2 when I set a bundled product and I click on add to cart I have several problems:

1) I haven’t the notification added product to the cart
2 ) When i go to the cart page it’s empty

– What i did to try to resolve the problem :

1) I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin didn’t work

2) I tried to clear the database but nothing

3) I tried to disable all pluggins exclude woocommerce of course

– My stack :

1) Last version WordPress 5.9

2) Theme Divi

3) PHP 7.4
