Button Component Not sending {user_email}

Hi,

I am using the abandonned cart plugin with the email template customiser.

I have added the button component and in the link I am trying to add the parameter {user_email}.

When doing the inbuilt test preview it works. But when the actual 1st reminder goes through the users email does not apear.

The only way to replicate this problem is to make an actual pending payment order and wait for the first reminder email to come and see the user email is missing. Screenshots atttached in following message.
