Cache issues with Rocket CDN

Hi,
I have cache issues due to which the visitors cannot see the right currency in their country but the currency used by the last user.
I have the options “Use SESSION “, “Switch Currency by JS” enabled. I have tried with option “Use cache plugin” both disabled and enabled. Still nothing.

Can you please have a look and let me know?
