calculation error in woocommerce

This is the order from shopify #3594: https://nimb.ws/zAGBxp
after import in wordpress admin: https://nimb.ws/6GY4FN

The total in wordpress is correct in the order the product is not showing the right values, eg customer bought 2 times a produc, but it shows just 1 time total amount instead of 2 times.
We have a cost plugin and that don’t calculate the correct profit with orders where is ordered more then 1 of the same item.

How to handle this?
