can not download update

Hello I am unable to download the update, i have put in my activation key but nothing is happening, I am logged into the account, I clicked on Activate and Approved it in the window, but still nothing. What should I do to install the update?
The plugin appears to be working properly we are just aware that there is a newer version and wanted to update it.
