Can not figure out pricing

    Hello, I set the pricing rule as
    $30.00 – $49.99 —- increase by percentage —– -1 —— 175%

    item price is $41.80 and the regular price shows up as $45.50
    That is not right.
    It should increase to $ 73.50, shouldn’t it?
    I am confused
