can not import new items

Hello,
The plugin is not allowing me to import new items.
It can update imported products, synching them to the most recent data.
I updated the Key and reauthorized the plugin, which is up to date.
I have recently installed the SELLVIA plugin and subscribed to the service.

Please advise.
