can pro version add text to product description without affecting existing description?

I am using the free version, but will buy the pro if I can add a line of text to all product descriptions without changing the original descriptions. Is this possible in the pro version?
Currently I am using the Short Description for the text, but would like it to be the first sentence in the primary description.
