Can we have two free shipping zone

Hi,

I have created 2 shipping zone A and B with a minimum purchase of $300 for A and $400 for B.
I would like to have the Free shipping bar message with $300 of purchase when connected as a zone A customer, and $400 of purchase when connected as a zone B customer.

I remember it did it few month ago, but we have been hacked 2 weeks ago and now it doesn’t do it anymore.

Can you help me?
