Cannot activate S2W & other problems

Hello VillaTheme Support Team,

I recently upgraded to S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce Premium and need some help confirming the correct setup. There is a persistent banner at the top to activate S2W, despite deactivating and deleting the free and premium plugins and clearing my site cache.

Banner: Hello! Would you like to receive automatic update? Please activate your copy of S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce Premium

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Connected my Shopify store successfully via Admin API access token
• Ran an initial product import (products and variations imported correctly)
• Incorrect pricing came through, and product images did not populate

I am manually updating prices and images for the time being. I did clear the image queue and tried to reimport, but there are no images in the failed images tab.

I don’t think the plug-in is functioning as it should, but I don’t know what else is wrong or how it should be working.
