Cannot Export Reviews with Premium License

Last thing was to import the reviews into staging and we had a problem, first time we ran it (It took 5 seconds), it said “20 reviews were imported” but the file has 2711 rows, we didn’t screenshot it, no matter what we do all we see now is https://ibb.co/R7T0jPG we tried removing the first and last hundred rows to see if it imported more but it always import 0, so we basically have two issues.

1. We need to be able to import more than 20 reviews at a time.
2. We are not able to import reviews at all.”
