Cannot get Auto Update Key after renewal

Hi, after updating via Envato the Auto Update Key still shows as expired in WooCommerce despite expiry date(s) of June 2025.

It looks like the client bought a new licence instead of simply extending the previous support.

Both keys (including the one bought today, c75e3….) shown in My Download give ‘We are so sorry. Your key was expired in Jan 19th 2024 and You can not use Auto Update feature.’

Can you please advise/fix,
