cannot get auto update key/aliexpress api

I was trying to bulk fulfill however I am unable to do so because my auto update key/aliexpress api is not working. my aliexpress api expired today so i needed to refresh it, however the get access token button is not usable for me.

I also get the below message for my auto update key.

We are so sorry. Your key was expired in Dec 12th 2024 and You can not use Auto Update feature. Please renew or update this plugin manually at https://codecanyon.net/downloads

Please enter the valid key that you get from https://villatheme.com/my-download to enable auto update and use AliExpress API. Please read guide

What do i need to do to get an updated access token for the aliexpress api to bulk fulfill orders.

I also purchased 6 months of support just now but it is not letting me write support requests under the plugin aliexpress dropshipping and fulfillment
