Cannot import from Amazon

Hi team,

Please help us as below:
1. We cannot import the review from Amazon, when we try to – they say Missing parameter(s): product_sku even though I have followed the instruction

2. How could 5 stars is presented as 4.5 stars? Can we fix that?

3. How can we delete the Rated out of 5 (1) in the pop-up I click the comment
