Cannot update – tied to old hostname and expiring in April?

Hi,

We purchased the Curcy plugin for our Woocommerce build. Originally it was named devmac.nelsonandforbes.co.uk while in development. We moved into production on 16th January 2026 as nelsonandforbes.co.uk.

The autoupdate key is not working, presumably it is still tied to the old hostname?

Also, I see that the key expires on 29 April? Is this only a 6 month key? Modules are usually 12 months and there is nothing on the purchase page about support/update duration – do we need to renew every 6 months?
