Can`t add to cart variable product from popup

Hi, i have the following issues:

1. If i create a cross sell bundle, to be displayed in a pop-up window, and I put a variable product inside with the option to let the visitor choose directly from there (for ex.) the color of the product, I can’t put the product bundle in the cart, it gives me the error that This product can not be bought. If I put just simple products in the bundle it works, and if I create an Upsell pop-up with variable products it works as well..

2. On responsive part if I set the popup to Template on mobile: Slide it’s totally broken and useless, and if I set to Scroll then It doesn’t fits the screen, horizontal sliding possibility appears.
